Thanksgiving mantle....

Yesterday, I showed you what my typical mantle looks like,
and you can click here to see my Halloween mantle,
so I thought I would show you my Fall/Thanksgiving mantle.

I like to use things that are not traditionally used,
so I went with quail and some pine needles...

It still has that Fall bounty feel,
but just a little more subtle.

There ya' have it.

mantle before....

I thought I would show you how the mantle
on any typical day usually looks....

Tomorrow I will show you the Fall mantle.

The mantle is the easiest and most effective way
to change the whole feel and look of a room.

Come back tomorrow and see....

A little freshen up...

I gave my mantle a little freshening up
for the Spring that I am sooooo ready for...

I just threw all the candles that I had in my home
up on the mantle and added
a couple shells,
and some branches.

I just wanted simple, clean elements and some nature.
A break from all the business in decor from the holidays.

I know it isn't much, but I kinda like it.
It suits my mood right now.

And after all,
that is what your home is supposed to be...
a reflection of you and who you are.
So, I guess here I am these days.
