We r finally getting around to replacing the ultimate
contractor-isn't-really-a-contractor-and-doesnt-know-what-he-is-doing remodeling job
from 4 years ago!!!
We have lived with it for as long as we could,
and we have decided to bite the bullet on the re-do....
Heaven help us, here we go again!!!
